Description 17" X 21" high contrast picture mounted on Bristol board and framed under glass. Picture has Neil Armstrong quote, "The Eagle has landed. That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." Neil Armstrong, July 20, 1969. Item is in need of repair. Item came with frame disassembled but nothing was damaged. This item gets a bad condition rating as the frame needs repair.

Purpose Pictures are taken to record the crew and mission. The collection of seven astronaut pictures is in celebration of the final mission of the Shuttle Discovery, sts-133.
